Returns & Refunds

Please consider your purchase carefully as returns & refunds are not accepted at Sofie Swetter Fine Art. All sales are final.

EXCEPTION: T-shirts (exchanges only)

If you need to exchange your t-shirt for a different size, please email: sofie@sofieswetterfineart.com

Please keep in mind that exchanges will result in an order delay due to the t-shirts being pre-order only. If the size you need to exchange for is not in stock, it will have to be reordered from my supplier & take additional time to be shipped to you. Thank you for understanding!

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
